  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A: You have until 24hrs before the day of arrival to cancel your reservation

  • How far are you from San Francisco?

    A: We are approx. 45 miles or 1 hours drive north.

  • Do you have a pool? / Is your pool heated?

    A: Yes, it is heated to 80 degrees from March until November.

  • What time does the pool open / close?

    A: Our pool hours are from 9am-10pm

  • Do you have a hot tub?

    A: Yes, heated to 104 degrees and open 9 am-10 pm

  • Do you have a fitness center?

    A: Yes, it is open 9 am to 10 pm

  • Do you allow pets?

    A: We do allow pets, we charge $15+tax per night and they are not to be left in the room unattended at anytime.

  • What is your check-in/out time?

    A: Check-ins are anytime after 4 pm and checkout time is by 12 noon.

  • Can I check in earlier than 4 pm and is there a charge?

    A: Yes, we allow early check-ins but only if we have a room ready, it is not guaranteed, and there is no charge.

  • How late can I check-in?

    A: Your room reservation is guaranteed until 7am the day after your check in date.

  • How far is Lagunitas from you?

    A: Lagunitas is a short 5-minute walk, about ½ a mile.

  • What restaurants are nearby?

    A: We have many restaurants nearby including Applebee's, Cattlemens Steakhouse, & IHOP.

  • When is your breakfast served / What kind of breakfast do you offer?

    A: Breakfast is from 6 to 10:30am and is complementary. It includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, breakfast burritos, pastries, bagels, fresh fruit, juice, and much more. We do not offer any special vegan or gluten free options.

  • Do you have roll-away beds?

    A: No we do not provide roll-away beds.

  • Do all of your rooms have a microwave?

    A: Microwaves are guaranteed in our executive rooms only.

  • where is the ice machine?

    A: outside building 7 and between 4 and 5 and outside the lobby

  • Is coffee served all day?

    A: Yes, we offer complimentary coffee all day in the lobby. There are also coffee makers in each room.

  • Is there always someone at the front desk?

    A: Yes, there is always someone at the front desk 24/7.

  • How many TV channels do you have?

    A: We offer over 100HD channels.

  • Is your hotel nonsmoking?

    A: Yes, our hotel is 100% non-smoking. We do have two outdoor smoking areas on the property. We charge $100 for smoking in a room.

  • What exit do I take to get to your hotel?

    A: Northbound HWY 101- Take exit 476 for Old Redwood Highway. Southbound HWY 101- Take exit 476 for Petaluma Blvd. North

  • Do you have a guest laundry?

    A: Yes, we have a guest coin-operated laundry room that is open 24hrs. We also sell detergent, bleach, and fabric softener.

  • Do you provide shuttles services?

    A: No, we do not offer shuttles. There are several taxi companies and Uber here.

  • How many floors do you have? Do you have elevators?

    A: Our hotel has two floors. We do not have any elevators, only stairs.

  • What is the cost for parking at the hotel?

    A: Parking is complimentary with your stay at the Quality Inn Petaluma.

  • Does the hotel have an outdoor pool?

    A: Yes, we have a Seasonal Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool - March to November
